What they do: Headless digital commerce solutions; aka the tools to create online shopping experiences and measure their success.
My role: Thought-leadership ghostwriter for several executives. Elastic Path took care to distinguish its voice among its B2B competitors, leaning in to a conversational approach that didn’t skimp on the dad jokes. Needless to say, we got along famously.
Miller Heiman Group.
What they do: Sales leadership solutions, aka training, consulting, research and technology for sales organizations and on-the-ground sellers.
My role: While I worked with MHG on projects like thought-leadership columns and email campaigns, my favorite was a launch asset for a new CRM. This timeline infographic served as both an informational and entertaining journey through sales technology.
Smokeball.
What they do: Build legal practice management software and support for more profitable, organized law firms.
My role: As communications manager and subject matter expert, I was responsible for conducting data studies, analyzing data and producing multiple e-books and guides. “Getting Automated: An End-to-End Guide to Law Firm Automation” was among my largest projects.
